On May 1st, around 9:00 p.m., Savannah's Traffic Investigations Unit responded to an accident where a vehicle hit a pedestrian around Largo Drive and Abercorn Street in Savannah's Southside. The pedestrian, who sustained serious injuries, was exiting a parking lot and struck by a vehicle that was unable to stop in time.
The driver remained at the scene of the accident, and no charges have been filed at this time.
The Brown Firm is hoping for a speedy recovery for the pedestrian involved.
