A wrong-way driver was killed Friday, April 9th, 2021, in Alpharetta after crashing on Ga. 400 around 3:45 a.m.
According to police, the accident closed down the northbound lanes at Haynes Bridge Road and Old Milton Parkway for four hours.
Police confirmed the wrong-way driver was pronounced dead at the scene. It was not confirmed if anyone else was injured or how many vehicles were involved in the accident.
This was the second wrong-way crash in the Atlanta area in a week.
