On March 26th, 2021, around 5:00 p.m., Mary Brown, 77, pulled out of a shopping plaza near the Oglethorpe Mall on the 7800 block of Abercorn Street in a Toyota Highlander SUV. As Brown pulled into the road, she merged into the left lane where 19-year-old Enrique Ramos struck her on a Kawasaki Ninja 500.
Ramos sustained severe injuries and was transported to the hospital. It is still unclear who is at fault for this accident. Savannah's Traffic Investigation Unit continues to investigate this crash.
The Brown Firm is hoping for a speedy recovery for all involved.
